ABOUT THE VILLA

This Members beautiful private home will be available for Holiday Let while they are away during the summer months: 23 June – 3 August 2024.

The villa is located in the wonderful area of Pererenan. This area has become huge popular not only for visitors but residents. The villa is down a lovely quiet gang (road) and there is no worry of development.

Guests who book this villa will be a couple of minutes from the beach and Pererenan includes wonderful cafes and restaurants, as well as fitness and wellness studios. 

THE VILLA

Provides a car port with space for large car and bikes. The entrance leads straight into the fabulous open plan kitchen, dining and living area that can be enclosed with AC or open out for fantastic views of the swimming pool and BBQ area.

Off the swimming pool are two lovely double bedrooms, both ensuite.

From the kitchen you are led up to the second floor, providing a large Master bedroom with ensuite and 2 double bedrooms that share a bathroom. Up to the 3rd floor is a wonderful cinema room and a massage table (this can also be used as a fantastic pilates space – they have mats). The cinema room can also be turned into a fun children’s dorm (they have plenty of mattresses). Off the 3rd floor you have a lovely decking so you can enjoy sundowners with views of the ocean.

LOCATION

3 min walk to beach (Pererenan) and has the best restaurants in Bali walking distance. A few gyms and yoga centers also walking distance . Location couldn’t be better honestly. The villa road is quiet and no construction next to us (which is a big deal nowadays) . It’s conveniently located down the road, opposite Monsieur Spoon Cafe (see map below).
